What is your return policy?
You may return unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached and undamaged packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please note: Shipping fees are not refundable. Items without tags or that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not qualify for a refund.
To initiate a return:
1. Email contact@maisoncamber.com with your order number
2. Put "RETURN" in the subject line
3. We'll provide a prepaid return label at your cost
4. Ship items back in original packaging
5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Each item is inspected before leaving our House of Alignment.
Can I exchange my piece for a different size or style?
Yes. We're happy to exchange for size or style within 7 days of your product being delivered.
To request an exchange, email contact@maisoncamber.com with your order number and let us know what you'd like to exchange.
Important: Each collection is produced in intentional quantities. We cannot guarantee availability for exchanges. If your preferred size or style is out of stock, we'll process a refund instead.
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. We recommend acting quickly if you need a different size.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We inspect every piece before it leaves our House of Alignment, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately.
Contact us at contact@maisoncamber.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We'll replace your piece or issue a full refund at no cost to you—including shipping.

Are there any items that can't be returned?
Yes. Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during promotional periods cannot be returned or exchanged.
Additionally, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags and packaging do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and undamaged packaging included.

How long do I have to return or exchange?

Do you offer free returns?
No. We provide a prepaid return label at a cost to you.
Original shipping fees are also not refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, we'll deduct the actual return/exchange shipping cost from your refund.
