RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Maison Camber, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Each item is produced in intentional quantities and inspected before leaving our House of Alignment.

RETURNS

You may return unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached and undamaged packaging included within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (any/all shipping fees not included). Any item(s) without the tag(s) and/or that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return:

- Contact us at contact@maisoncamber.com with your order number

-Put "RETURN" in subject headline

- We'll provide a prepaid return label

- Ship items back in original packaging

- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return

EXCHANGES

We're happy to exchange for size or style within 7 days of original purchase date. Email us at contact@maisoncamber.com.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at contact@maisoncamber.com with photos. We'll replace or refund at no cost to you.

Each collection is produced in intentional quantities. We cannot guarantee availability for exchanges.
